Η Heenat Salma είναι μια οικολογική φάρμα, που βρίσκεται στη Shahaniya, βορειοδυτικά της Ντόχας, και είναι αφιερωμένη στις ολιστικές μεθόδους γεωργίας, την αρχιτεκτονική και την κοινωνική ανάπτυξη. Η εμπνευσμένη ομάδα πίσω από αυτό το έργο έχει καταφέρει να μετασχηματίσει μια τοπική συμβατική φάρμα σε ένα κέντρο βιολογικής καλλιέργειας κι ευεξίας, που αναπτύσει φιλικά προς την έρημο φυτά και λαχανικά, συμβάλει στην βιώσιμη ποικιλότητα και την τοπική παραγωγή προσφέροντας προϊόντα στην αγορά του Καταρ και το εξωτερικό. Παράλληλα με την καλλιέργεια, η φάρμα προσφέρει χώρο διαμονής / εστίασης, εκπαίδευσης, βιωματικής μάθησης, πρακτικής άσκησης, και ευεξίας.


Η Ελληνική Κοινότητα είναι στην ευχάριστη θέση να προσκαλεί εσάς και τις οικογένειές σας σε αυτόν τον μαγευτικό χώρο, στις 4 Νοεμβρίου, ημέρα Παρασκευή στις 9:00 πμ - 12:15 μμ για ξενάγηση στη φάρμα βιοποικιλότητας, φυσικών οικοσυστημάτων και αναγεννητικής γεωργίας, φύτευση - χορήγηση δέντρου, αλλά και απόλαυση εδεσμάτων από φυσικά βιολογικά προϊόντα της φάρμας,  στον πανέμορφο χώρο ηρεμίας μέσα στη φύση, βοηθούντος και του ευνοϊκού καιρού επιτέλους!

Τιμές:

Για τα εγγεγραμμένα και ενεργά μέλη και τις οικογένειές τους προσφέρεται η προνομιακή τιμή των 175 και 125 QR αντιστοίχως.

Λόγω του περιορισμένου αριθμού διαθέσιμων θέσεων, τα εγγεγραμμένα και ενεργά μέλη θα έχουν προτεραιότητα σε περίπτωση υπεράριθμων ενδιαφερόμενων. Σας παρακαλούμε να μην ανακληθεί η συμμετοχή σας ώστε να μη στερήσουμε τη συμμετοχή από άλλους ενδιαφερόμενους αλλά και για να μην εκτεθούμε στον διοργανωτή με αλλαγές της τελευταίας στιγμής. Τα ισχύοντα πρωτόκολλα κατά της πανδημίας COVID-19 θα τηρηθούν από τον οικοδεσπότη. Επισημαίνουμε ότι η τοποθεσία της φάρμας είναι στην περιοχή Ash-Shahaniyah για τον ανάλογο προγραμματισμό του χρόνου μετάβασης.

Invitation to the event “Sponsor a tree” at Heenat Salma Farm

 

Dear friends,

Heenat Salma is an Eco-Farm and Camp, located in Shahaniya, north-west of Doha, dedicated to holistic methods in agriculture, architecture, and community development. The visionary team behind this project have successfully transformed a local conventional farm into an organic permaculture center that grows desert-friendly plants and vegetables, diversifies local food production, and contributes to a renewable, home-grown food supply in Qatar and beyond. Alongside agriculture, the farm is a place for hospitality, vocational training, education, craftsmanship, master classes, and a wellness spa – each field supporting and enhancing one another.

The Greek Society of Doha is in the fortunate position to invite you and your families to this magical place on the 4th of November, Friday, between 9:00 am - 12:15 pm for a Biodiversity Farm Tour; Natural ecosystems and regenerative agriculture, plant a tree, enjoy the nature and the snacks from the natural organic harvest of the farm,  and  enjoy the good weather we finally observe!

For the registered and active members as well as their family members the promotional price of 175 και 125 QR is offered respectively.

Due to the limited capacity of attendees, the registered and active members as well as their family members have priority in case of great demand beyond the host’s availability. This opportunity is provided at a “first come first served" basis due to the limited number of people that can be accepted. We kindly ask you to avoid last minute cancellations in order to enable members’ participation as well as avoid exposure to the organizer. The precautionary measures for COVID-19 will be adhered to by the host. 

Please note that the location of the farm is in the Ash-Shahaniyah area, therefore consider the necessary time for the commuting.
